Abstract: The integration of photonic component in a chip has the promise to scale up the size of quantum photonic circuits to a new domain where its complex behavior leads to interesting scientific questions, novel applications, but also new challenges such as how we can certify their correct functioning. In this talk we will give a short overview of this field, present few results of the speaker, and discuss some open problems.
