The Physics and Astronomy Chair’s Prize

First awarded to Lynn Proctor in 1999, the Chair’s Prize is given at the discretion of the Chair of Physics and Astronomy to an outstanding senior who shows great promise for graduate school and/or the teaching of physics or astronomy, particularly offering encouragement to women and minorities in physics.
