I am an experimental condensed matter physicist who works in Professor Sekhar Ramanathan's lab. We use nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) as a method of probing quantum systems. In particular, we are interested in developing and implementing techniques for experimentally controlling these quantum systems. My research focuses on understanding how to engineer the interaction between electron and nuclear spins to generate highly polarized nuclear spin states.
